Super antibacterial bamboo fiber.

By extract natural antibacterial ingredients from natural mugwort and add them to fibers. Remain AAA grade after 50 times washing

Inner wear, socks, T shirt, bedsheet, towel, maternity and infant wear, non-woven sanitation item.

'Bamboo Turalear ':

Dope dyed bamboo fiber. Saves dying process in yarn or fabric and save the overall cost and be more environmental freindly.

'Bamboo FR": 

Fire Retardant fiber, with 2 types: 

Phosphorus base: no shrink or deform at flame, reducing static electricity accumulation and arc burns.

Silicone base:breathable in high temperature and reduces muscle twitching; more cost-effective.

Production Process of Bamboo Viscose Fiber

Special Fuction of Bamboo Viscose Fiber

With unique hollow structurer,  bamboo fiber has following feature:

-super high water absorption,

- high air permeability,

-soft touch

By changing wood pulp into bamboo pulp, the spinning and dyeing, weaving, knitting process will be almost same as that of normal VSF. Spinning mill can easily change normal VSF into Bamboo VSF and get more sustainable feature, and special functions.

Sustainable Features of Bamboo Viscose Fiber

1. Farmland saving: Natural growth in barren mountain area, save cotton farm land; no need irrigation, pesticide or fertilizer for full life span growth.

2. Job creation: bamboo pulp production at local bamboo forest area creats jobs for remote moutain villages.

3. Forest saving: 3 years full growth, only 20% that of tree, with partial cutting of 50% branches without affect full growth of plant (FSC certified), a perfect substitute solution of wood pulp viscose to save trees and forests. 

4. Bio degradable: 98% bio degradable in soil, avoiding seriouse 'Micro Plastic' problem in river or sea area and protect animals under water as well as human beings.

5. Low carbon: bamboo plant discharges 60% more oxygen and locks 2.6 time more carbon than trees.

Coffee Ground

PSF

By injecting carbonized recycled coffee ground in the dope, fiber will have anti bacterial effect and far infrared heating function. 

Fiber will have a natural coffee bean color. 

EDF

Cationonic Dyeable PSF

With cationic dyeable PSF, fabric or yarn can be dyed in normal pressure and pick up dye stuff at 90 degree, which save energy and cost than that of normal PSF made fabric or yarn. 

High Shrinkage

PSF

Shrinkage range from 20% up to 40%, will bring better fluffy effect than wool in yarn and provide cost effective options to substitute wool.

To remain the same body temperature, it saves much energy under air condition environment. 

We work with major Chinese PSF and DTY makers for variouse type of recycled PSF or DTY.

For recycled polyester by using bottle flakes, or recyled PET chips, different materials can be injected at dope stage. This flexibility makes the functional PSF more cost effective and have more combination of functions.
